Jeremy Roenick was a part of the Chicago Blackhawks during the 1990s, a time when Michael Jordan also reigned in the same city.

The Chicago Bulls dynasty was a historic franchise and has given us so many stories in recounting their tales of heroics, struggles, and wins against teams like the Cleveland Cavaliers, Detroit Pistons, and Los Angeles Lakers.

Roenick, of course, had a friendship with MJ which led to them playing golf often and it seemed like he had such a unique, unreal story to share with us:

Rare Michael Jordan Story.

Former Chicago Blackhawks player Jeremy Roenick once said that Jordan golfed and drank beer with him all afternoon long and then dropped 44 PTS while shooting 66% against the Cavaliers that night.

The Two would play golf all afternoon long on a game day, and would later follow up heavy drinking on the golf course, sinking 44 points in bucks on the Cleveland Cavaliers.

Roenick would play at Sunset Ridge, where they played 36 holes, Roenick would win money on the golf games and would make a bet with him and put it on the Cavaliers.

Jordan would bet with Roenick he'd have more than twenty points that night, which by the end of the night, Roenick would lose the bet entirely, Jordan at 44 points.

Roenick should learn, never doubt Michael Jordan.

MJ continues to be the literal goat in basketball history, from pulling himself to destroy the Utah Jazz in the last run of the Phil Jackson-led Bulls, to beating the Cavs in his prime, likely while still buzzing at the least.
