6 Year Old- Sebastian Akhtar Used His «Make a Wish» On a Day with the Blackhawks
FLASHBACK TO 2018- Sebastian is a dedicated hockey fan and street hockey player himself in the hot weather in Florida. Playing street hockey daily, but there was a time he could not.
At 5 years young, Sebastian was diagnosed with dermatomyositis, a very rare muscle inflammatory disease.
Unable to play the sport of hockey, the Chicago Blackhawks were always there for him to watch, with his favourite players/goalie Corey Crawford, Patrick Kane and Duncan Keith.
Sebastian joined the "Make a Wish Foundation" helping children with critical illnesses fulfill their dreams. The Blackhawks took the opportunity to give Sebastian a great day, take a look at what his day consisted of.
