Cernak's dirty hit on Connor Bedard

The Chicago Blackhawks are in familiar territory, Amalie Arena and the Lightning aren't holding back as they're already attempting to injure Connor Bedard.

The Tampa Bay Lightning have more than one dirty player. If you count Nikita Kucherov there's also Erik Cernak.
Cernak is on the Lightning's 2nd pairing and doesn't offer much interms of skills or offense, he's just 100% goon.
His "play" tonight against Connor Bedard shows that he has no skills, and is targeting the Hawks' top-line center.
The check, which was dangerous as he hit him from behind, happened at 14:05 in the game, with the Lightning leading the game 1-0.
That should've been a penalty, but given it's Amalie Arena, and it's the Tampa Bay Lightning, you know who's getting treated favorably tonight--the Lightning.
After Cernak threw that hit on Bedard, Blackhawks teammates are attempting to get their payback.

Maroon goes after entire Lightning roster

Looks like Head Coach Jon Cooper is giving the Lightning free rein to injure the Blackhawks' top player.
Who will injure Bedard first? Nikita Kucherov, or Erik Cernak?
The way the NHL treats the Lightning is shameful and wrong.
The Blackhawks should have had a power play and a chance to tie the game.
Fortunately, the Blackhawks have to contend with Jonas Johansson in net tonight, instead of Andrei Vasilevskyi.
That's an easy puzzle to solve, and after a cross-check and a scrum later in the first period, the Hawks should play with a vengeance in the second period.
The Tampa Bay Lightning lead the Blackhawks 1-0 after the 1st period of play in Amalie Arena.
