Recently EA Sports conducted a technical test for the latest instalment in the NHL video game franchise, and it highlighted some of the changes and improvements they've implemented into NHL 23, which will be released world-wide in October.
The categories included are - Defensive skill stick, player builds, game speed and goalies. The owners of the lone NHL video game, EA Sports also added last chance animations, ai awareness, matchmaking and updated presentation.
Certainly a GM connected, or less of the pay to play feeling in Hockey Ultimate Team would make religious buyers much happier than NHL 23 will. The gameplay has received criticism, have a look for yourself.
Did EA do enough to warrant the price they charge for the game, or are their recycled NHL 22 vibes all over again?
