Blackhawks Forward Possibly Facing Suspension After Dangerous Collision

One thing no hockey fan wants to see is any player get injured, especially if it could have been prevented. Thursday night the Chicago Blackhawks faced off against the red hot Las Vegas Golden Knights and during the 1st period with just over 6 minutes remaining the Golden Knights would bring some pressure in the Blackhawks end, when Dickinson would crunch Stephenson into the boards with a very dangerous hit.

Dickinson would receive a 2 minute boarding penalty, and Stephenson the former London Knight would make Dickinson pay scoring the 1st goal of the game on the power play. The Golden Knights would go on to hand the Blackhawks another loss but thankfully for all Chandler Stephenson was ok on the misjudged hit by Dickinson.
