Bulls, White sox, Bears & More Pro Teams Issue Statements on Passing of Chicago Blackhawks Owner
Following the heartbreaking passing of Rocky Wirtz, owner of the Chicago Blackhawks, several other Chicago sports owners have released touching statements on behalf of their respective teams.
Jerry Reinsdorf, chairman of the Chicago Bulls and White Sox, and his son, Michael, CEO of the Bulls, conveyed their heartfelt condolences. George H. McCaskey, chairman of the Chicago Bears, and Tom Ricketts, chairman of the Chicago Cubs, also expressed their sympathies.
