Chicago Blackhawks Goalie Kevin Lankinen EXPLODES After Giving Up Goal Off His Skate (VIDEO)
26 Year old Kevin Lankinen is the new "backbone" to the Blackhawks and their goaltending as Marc-Andre Fleury was recently traded away to the Minnesota Wild. Kevin has 20 games played this season, with a 4-9-5 record (he was pulled during some).
The Blackhawks last two games have been quite frustrating, blowing a 3-0 lead against the Vegas Golden Knights- and being up 4-0 at home against the Buffalo Sabres turned out to be a 5-6 loss. There has been a lot of stress on the 26 year olds back as the Blackhawks have deeply struggled with providing structure to help the netminder between the pipes.
This is the goal that lead to the Blackhawks loss, with 10 seconds remaining in the third period..
