Connor McDavid is a premier athlete in the NHL that is at the top of his game. Recently, McDavid revealed a quite bizarre superstition he has regarding his gameday gear.
While McDavid's socks have surely seen better days, I can see why he is reluctant to let them go. All athletes have their own superstitions and preferences for gameday equipment and rituals.
