Evander Kane Reveals Gruesome Information on His Wrist Slitting Incident For The First Time

Evander Kane: ''I am lucky and thankful to be alive'' after being asked his thoughts on the gruesome injury suffered earlier this week against the Tampa Bay Lightning.
''All i can remember is pools of blood and not wanting to bleed out'' Said Kane.

Kane spoke to the media for the first time this morning (Friday), and revealed some triggering information regarding the wrist slitting incident.
"blood just shot up. I've never seen that much blood before. I didn't want to bleed out. I pretty much cut everything down to the bone"
Evander Kane is back with the Oilers and in good spirits. The skate cut went down to the bone, he said. His wrist is immobilized. He will miss 3-4 months minimum.
