Lightning Receive HUGE NEWS Before Tonight's Game 1 of The Cup Finals
The Tampa Bay Lighting and New York Rangers series is now over as the favorites have changed and the lighting overcame being down two games to nine. The New York Rangers were up two games to zero in the series until the Lighting won three straight games with what seemed like ease, and they look to put away the Rangers for good Saturday in front of there home crowd in Tampa and they sure did.
Now the Lightning face off against the Colorado for one of the best Stanley cup finals in years!
Some may think the series may have been done much sooner if they had one of their key pieces healthy, which is forward Brayden Point. Point went down with a scary leg injury against the Toronto Maple Leafs in round one and has yet to play since.
Jon Cooper confirms Brayden Point is GOOD TO GO for game 1! This will be huge for the Lightning and their lines will be back to normal.
