NHL Makes Large Announcement Regarding Russians in The League

Ever since the war was ignited by the Russians and their leader Vladimir Putin declared war on the Ukraine; the NHL has been busy making big decisions.
One of those decisions emerged recently, after it was determined that Russian player's are to be banned from the league's annual global series.
An update from an interview with league reps was cited via twitter.
The decision should come as no surprise, as Russian players were already banned from the World Junior's tournament.
