REPORT - Former Blackhawks Fan Favourite Returns to the NHL and Signs a Contract
Artem Anisimov has�just signed a professional tryout contract with the Philadelphia Flyers.� Anisimov was signed by the Lehigh Valley Phantoms, according to the team, and may play this week.
Anisimov recently played with the Flyers on a PTO deal during the preseason, but he suffered a severe broken foot injury, and has since recovered and is now good to go.
Anisimov has played in 771 games and collected 376 points, just under 300 of those games were played with the Chicago Blackhawks, his most memorable moments can be seen below.
The 34-year-old is hoping to take advantage of this chance and enter the injured and struggling Flyers lineup as soon as possible.
