Reporter Breaches Boeser's Personal Life Which Leads to Tears (Video)
If you're prefacing a question with «I don't know if it's even fair for me to ask» maybe if you are a NHL reporter you should not ask that question.
If you have to openly question if your question is appropriate or not, chances are it is not. And to ask it twice making it much worse on Boeser during a simple end of the year press conference, it is not a good look for the Vancouver Canucks reporter.
The end of the year press conferences that are held are to ask your final question about the season, not so much personal questions. Brock's dad has been battling cancer and dementia and has not been doing very well.
Even Quinn Hughes had to step in-in the background to say «next question» as it clearly hit home, but the reporter kept going.
