The Tampa Bay Lightning will take a 2-0 series lead back to Tampa with them thanks to Ross Colton. With literally seconds left on the clock, the second year player found the back of the net to snatch the game right out from under Florida. Who up until the last 20 seconds, seemed like the team with all of the momentum.
Props to Colton for the goal, but this was a really bad defensive blunder on the part of MacKenzie Weegar. Instead of staying with Colton on the play, he chose to go at Kucherov behind the net, when it was clear that Forsling was already headed there and going to beat him there. Definitely a tough way to lose and Florida finds themselves in a pretty much must-win game going into game three.
