Specialist Evaluates Nikita Kucherov's Injury After Cross Check by Devon Toews
The Tampa Bay Lightning receive even more bad news aside from Brayden Point being injured again and being held out of game 3, this time it's two other key players who go down in game 3 of the Stanley Cup Finals.
Kucherov went down and directly to the locker room a few minutes after receiving this check from Colorado Avalanche defenseman Josh Manson.
It seems as if Kucherov may have triggered a past injury, re-injuring his ankle as hockey injury specialist Harjas Grewal says it seems as if he suffered a high ankle sprain, but thankfully doesn't seem to serious.
Lightning coach Jon Cooper said he's confident in Kucherov that he'll play game 4 and he'll never count that kid out.
