No, it's not Jonathan Toews. The Vancouver Canucks are in a sticky situation with their Captain Bo Horvat. If the Canucks and Horvat can't come up with a deal before March 3rd, the Trade Deadline, you can see Bo playing in another sweater.
Bo Horvat has been the Vancouver Canucks Captain since the 2019-2020 season, not too long ago. He is 27 years old. Bo is one of the 3 most reliable players on that team, along with Quinn Hughes, star defenseman, and Elias Petterson, star center. If Horvat leaves, Hughes and Petterson leave too?
Horvat is 215 pounds and is exactly 6 inches tall. He is as reliable as you can get when it comes to points, as a guaranteed 40+ season is coming your way. This season, he had 31 goals and 21 assists, scoring 52 points on the season.
If Bo Horvat leaves, this could be a ripple effect around the NHL, and could be an even more ripple effect for the Vancouver Canucks.
