The NHL Has Made a Decision If They Will be Giving Discipline to Alexis Lafreniere After His Dirty Hit
The referees seem to be quite blind throughout the conference finals, letting head shots go left and write but will look at and call the softest hook or high stick- when will it stop?
Victor Hedman (former Norris trophy winner) went directly to the locker room after this high hit to the head from former first overall pick Alexis Lafreniere.
Thankfully Hedman came back out to play, but he is hockey strong and I am sure is sticking through the pain to play in this possible series-ending game.
Renaud Lavoie of TVA Sports reports that New York Rangers Alexis Lafreniere will not have a hearing with the National Hockey League for his hit to the head on Lightning defenseman Victor Hedman.
Is this the right call?
