University of Michigan Defenseman Placed in intensive care
The University of Michigan's Men's Hockey Team has been dealing with some serious illness over the past few weeks.
Whatever is going around is the team is constantly keeping guys from playing the game.
Unfortunately for junior defenseman, Steven Holtz, the illness has actually forced him into the hospital.
Holtz is currently in the hospital and on a ventilator. This is a scary situation, but don't think worse case scenario when you see the word "ventilator."
Holtz is a young and healthy athlete, so we are hoping for him to overcome this difficult situation.
There are not other updates at this time.
Our prayers go out to the Holtz family and the entire Wolverine community.
