Even though Scott Darling is gone from the Carolina Hurricanes, the team still has some former Blackhawks and fan favourites on the team. Teuvo Teravainen and Trevor van Riemsdyk still wear a 'Canes jersey and it's always interesting when the duo faceoff against Chicago. This one is even more interesting because it's Patrick Kane's birthday today. Teravainen has extremely fond memories of Kane and had lots of praise for the Hawks' forward who turned 31 today. "That was one of the players I always looked up (to) when I was younger. To be on the some organization you can see what he does every day on the ice, off the ice. It's been big for me of course. ... "A lot of other guys too that I looked up (to) here when I played in here. It's a lot of experience I've taken from those guys." Awesome to hear from Teuvo!
