Arena filled with silence after players neck gets cut by a skate blade
Today, during a KHL game, defenseman Pavel Koledov was accidentally cut on the neck by a teammate's skate blade.
Despite the scary moment, Koledov is okay and later returned to the game. This incident reminds us of the dangers in hockey. Thankfully, Koledov bounced back quickly.
It's reassuring that Koledov's injury wasn't serious, and he was able to continue playing.
Accidents like this are rare but serve as a reminder of the risks in the sport.
