Jonathan Toews offers a glimmer of his journey away from hockey
The Blackhawks haven't had their captain and three-time Stanley Cup winner, Jonathan Toews, for a few seasons now.
It's good to hear that Toews is enjoying his time off. He recently attended the Burning Man festival in the Nevada desert, along with tens of thousands of others.
Burning Man is a week-long festival that celebrates art, inclusivity, and self-discovery, with lots of performances throughout the week.
Jonathan Toews shared on Instagram that he attended the festival and it really opened his mind. He mentioned that he's never seen people show so much love and care for each other like they did at Burning Man.
It sounds like Burning Man was a hit, and a lot of people had a great time.
His other posts reveal he's been exploring life all around the world:
