The Chicago Blackhawks and Minnesota wild will face off Tuesday night in Minnesota at the Xcel energy centre.

Marking one of the last few preseason games for each team, tonight marks history for the Chicago Blackhawks and their fans as NBC Sports is no longer available for viewing.

Where to watch tonight's Chicago Blackhawks vs Minnesota Wild preseason game?

Their new company, Chicago Sportsnet network, will be debuting and they are considered the new home of the Blackhawks. The network will stream tonight's game.

The Blackhawks have sadly lost all three preseason games and the Minnesota wild are two and two across four games, both teams are looking to strike success tonight.

The Blackhawks lineup appears to be similar to their projected NHL roster on opening night, aside from a few rookies slotted in. It appears the Blackhawks are tired of losing, even in preseason, and are dressing a very veteran heavy lineup during tonight's game in Minnesota with captain Nick Foligno taking charge.

Taylor Hall - Connor Bedard - Tyler Bertuzzi

Lukas Reichel - Philipp Kurashev - Craig Smith

Nick Foligno - Jason Dickinson - Ilya Mikheyev

A.J. Spellacy - Andreas Athanasiou - Patrick Maroon

A player to watch closely for the Chicago Blackhawks

A player that should be watched closely is Lucas Reichel, after struggling last season, he himself is still trying to prove that he deserves to have a spot on the Blackhawks roster after he was sent down to the AHL last season.

To be fair, nobody is safe from training camp or preseason games as their roster spots must be 'earned', according to head coach Luke Richardson- meaning Reichel is certainly not safe. After this season, the Blackhawks management may figure out if they want Reichel inserted in their long-term plans.

The last time the Blackhawks in Minnesota wild met up was in the Tom Kervers prospect showcase in September, the Blackhawks beat the wild by a score of four to two.
