A Special Someone is Making His Return to Chicago Tonight
The Chicago Blackhawks had quite the depressing off-season, with many players announcing their departure, they weren't the only ones leaving Chicago.
Pat Foley announced his retirement, and that lead to the Blackhawks not renewing the contract of Eddie Olczyk due to wanting a ''younger'' broadcasting team on the come up, almost as if the broadcast booth was rebuilding like the Blackhawks... quite weird.
Eddie Olczyk decided to sign with the Seattle Kraken, and share the broadcast booth with his son Nick Olczyk.
Olczyk is making his return to Chicago tonight, not with the Kraken, but with a exclusive broadcast by the NHL's TNT panel which will feature Eddie Olczyk and Keith Jones.
The last time Olczyk called a Blackhawks game was this season for Marian Hossa's retirement night and the return of Olczyk was a little overshadowed, so expect a video tribute tonight.
