Alex Pietrangelo Had The Scariest Week of His Life - Hence Why He Left The NHL
Alex pietrangelo has recently returned to the Golden Knights on Saturday and for the first time spoke to the media about the sudden health scare his 4 year old daughter endured.
The horrifying event started when his daughter caught the flu and suddenly developed a lesion on her brain. This caused his daughter to lose all of her motor skills and this lead to her relying on a feeding tube at the Sunrise Hospital in Winchester, Nevada.
After 3 weeks of hospitalization his daughter has experienced tremendous improvement and has been currently walking the past few days.
Thankfully the family is doing better and with this also means Pietrangelo is back and ready to take on the New York Islanders tonight. This event completely explains why he took an absence and with hope a full recovery for his daughter.
