BREAKING: Blackhawks Reveal They Are Listening to Offers on WHO!?
With the mess of a season the Chicago Blackhawks have had Chicago fans hope for a fresh start ahead of them in the 2022-23 season, may they may not get that so soon. Kyle Davidson plans to take a full rebuild approach, which started with fan favorite Brandon Hagel being traded away.
On the bright side the Blackhawks got quite the amazing haul for Brandon Hagel, and the fan base should be in good hopes to those kinds of deals happening again if they would want the rebuild to be done properly.
Some may be confused by general manager Kyle Davidsons words as he announced anyone aside from Kane, Toews and Jones (due to their NMC) are off the table, the rest he is listening to offers on- which includes star forward Alex DeBrincat.
To confuse fans even more, the Blackhawks are listening to offers on former-third overall pick Kirby Dach. Dach is only 21 years of age and has lots of room to grow if he wants a future in the NHL, which is a perfect opportunity to do so on a rebuilding team as he will get the top line minutes as else where he wouldn't be prioritized as much.
The asking price hasn't been revealed, but I am sure it will not be much as Dach has yet to live up to expectations of his spoken upon abilities.
