BREAKING: Patrick Kane Could Be DONE For The Season
Recent news broke that Patrick Kane has been struggling with a ''nagging injury'' which caused him to miss his first game in over eight years time, as well as a second game followed, sidelined with an injury.
Some recent news has been revealed, and it's quite concerning for Blackhawks fans, and Kane's health as a whole.
According to Elliotte Friedman on his 32-thoughts podcast, the ''lingering injury'' may cause Kane to be out long-term to focus on his health. 32 Thoughts Podcast
"There has been a rumor that Pat Kane has been dealing with something, some kind of injury; some sort of nagging injury for some period of time. And at some point he's going to need a clean-up...I wonder if the solution is: Kane and the Blackhawks agree to a one-year extension, he shuts himself down, he goes and gets whatever procedure he needs, and he comes back next year healthy and refreshed, and we go through this again."
This play is what is suspect of causing Kane's lingering injury to worsen, it is not a dirty play by any means but as we all know Patrick Kane is the opposite of a ''gritty'' player.
Friedman also stated that Kane and Toews have not expressed interest in leaving Chicago and may consider retiring a Blackhawk.
