Brayden Point played his first game back, stamping his first game in a total of 31-days off due to a scary leg injury that occured in series one against the Toronto Maple Leafs.

Since, Point has went through multiple stages in order to attempt to recover from the injury he suffered and per Tampa Bay Lightning coach Jon Cooper he claimed Brayden Point was ready to go for game 1, but not 100%..
Point played a impressive game during his return recording a assist despite the Lightning's loss, but Brayden Point did not take part in after-game interviews due to him needing "treatment" for his leg as it appears was needed nearly immediately after the game was finished.
Jon Cooper has yet to give a update, but it seems as if the Lightning have rushed Point's return a little too quick and it may not be fully healed or re-injured..
