Jacob Trouba has developed a name for himself over the last few years for laying some mean hits but also questionable ones at times, Trouba has became some fan bases most-disliked player from his dirty antics. Flying elbows, illegal checks to the head and more leave a sour taste in peoples mouths when they think about the New York Rangers captain, Jacob Trouba.

Just less then one year ago Trouba knocked a Chicago Blackhawk out cold with an up-high hit, and a questionable one to say the least.

During the Blackhawks dominating 5-2 win which took place on Saturday night against the New York Rangers at Madison Square Garden, Jacob Trouba decided to make an attempt to give the Rangers momentum in hopes of a possible comeback while being down 3-0, but unfortunately, the opposite happened.

Many Blackhawks were questioned by reporters after the game, and asked their thoughts on Jacob Trouba, Max Domi responded with ''No comment on that guy'', but Andreas Anthanasiou had different plans.

''That guy is known for hitting high, not really worrying about the puck out there and almost trying to hurt people. That's his game; that's what he does. He's an $8 million man with zero goals, so he has to figure out how to do something when making that much. If you can't help the team, I guess you try to hurt guys on the other team.

It was a weird play. The puck was there. He could've made a play on the puck. Instead it's like [he had] an intent to try to hurt somebody. He's been known to do that. You have to know when he's on the ice, and he got me there.''

Was Andreas Anthanasiou speaking facts or did he get a little too carried away? Personally i think he handled it accordingly, but some think the hit was clean, and that Trouba does not deserve any backlash.
