Blackhawks Letting 2 Players Go This Summer So They Can Tank Next Season
After the Blackhawks dreadful season and a Brandon Hagel trade some fans are not sure what to expect anymore in Chicago, but Kyle Davidson assures the fan base and players he is doing this full rebuild correctly and it will be worth the wait.
Rumours have spread as of late that Dylan Strome is out the door after the Blackhawks announced they are listening to offer on technically their entire roster aside from 3, and it seems like those rumours are correct sadly..
Dylan Strome and Dominik Kubalik are both expected to NOT be re-signed and they will hit the market as free agents to explore their options elsewhere, as they deserved for not being treated properly in their past teams.
Dylan Strome had a career year in most if not all categories but the debate is; is it because his line mates? Strome was paired with the Blackhawks top two wingers Alex DeBrincat and Patrick Kane, "no wonder he put up points" some say.. but it is easier said than done keeping up with two elite wingers such as Kane and Cat, Strome has proven to be able to play at a elite level and shares emotional connections with multiple Blackhawks.
Dominik Kubalik is coming off a career-worst season in each and every single category you can imagine, the young forwards confidence is clearly at a all-time low and he will look to explore his options elsewhere for a fresh start it seems.
