Breaking: Blackhawks Active Player off of IR 30 mins prior to the game
Bringing Philip Kurashev back into the NHL lineup is a major move for the Blackhawks.
A day ago, it was reported that he had hoped to play Tuesday, and now it appears that he is on his way back to the lineup.
Kurashev was seen skating with center Jason Dickinson and winger Corey Perry a day before his 2023-2024 debut.
Having undergone wrist surgery on March 23rd, Kurashev will be hitting the ice for the first time since then.
The activation of Kurashev will mean that Taylor Hall will head to the IR with an injury that has been diagnosed as week to week.
