Fans Throwing Jerseys on the Ice in the NHL - it needs to be stopped

Yes. Apparently, this the new thing. Fans throwing their jerseys on the ice in retaliation or disappointment.
A fan at a Pittsburgh Penguins game was caught throwing a jersey on the ice after a loss to the Edmonton Oilers. Leon Draisital picked the jersey up off the ice, and threw it back over the glass to the fan. This was unnecessary, as the Penguins sit at 4-2-1, 2nd in the Metroplitan Division. What is there to be upset about? That you lost one game? Give me a break.
It's not the first time this happened, and this seems to be a never-ending occurrence. It's a waste of money and isn't going to change or prove anything. What it is going to prove, however, is that you're a moron.
Just stop.
