Injury Update On Darcey Kuemper..
Darcey Kuemper took a stick through the mask during game 3 of the Stanley Cup playoffs between the Colorado Avalanche and the Nashville Predators, it was a scary situation as Kuemper went down hard when a stick struck him in the eye through the mask.
The Avalanches #1 netminder has been listed as day-to-day and in question to be able to start game 4 on may 9, where Colorado has a chance to sweep the Predators with a win.
Fortunately, Kuemper was not
experiencing any vision problems and his eye is fine but the swelling should keep him on the sidelines for Monday's tilt as the Avalanche do look to sweep them and it has been a breeze for Colorado team, blowing up Nashville each game aside from their OT win.
Their is noticeable swelling around his eye which may be a seller on starting him in game 4.
