Insider claims Patrick Kane is being traded to the New York Rangers
This evening conflicting reports have surfaced surrounding Patrick Kane and the New York Rangers. What only 48 hours ago seemed like a long shot has suddenly stormed back to life. Yesterday news broke that Chris Drury, New York Rangers General Manager, was suddenly making an effort to get Patrick Kane into a Rangers uniform.
Now tonight, New York Islanders Insider Stefan Rosner has revealed that a source has told him, that deal is being completed at this time.
Per a trusted source, #NYR are hammering out the framework for a deal involving #Blackhawks Patrick Kane.
This announcement comes after the Rangers announced they were keeping two players out of the lineup for "roster management" reasons.
Other sources have said that Kane has however not made a decision, but Rosner stands by his initial reports.
