Must See - Goalie Scores a Goal From His Own End With a Wicked Shot
The NHL is just under a month until puck drop finally sets and until than we can only appreciate the game of hockey, and the games that are currently on TV including minor league teams.
One thing you do not see very often is goalie goals, the first one in history was scored by no other then Philadelphia Flyers own Ron Hextall back in the day on December 8th, 1987.
Since, we have seen multiple goalies in the NHL and surrounding leagues take their shot at a goalie goal, very few have been successful, including this goaltender who potted one home in Saturday's BCHL game!
The goalies name is Michael Sochan, him and his teammates will remember this moment forever, as it makes BCHL history!
