NHL Insider Reveals Arizona Coyotes Players Feelings About Playing in a University Arena
The Arizona Coyotes will host their home games at Mullett Arena, the home of the Arizona State University Sun Devils, for the foreseeable future, unless you've been living under a rock since last year. The newly constructed, multi-use college arena offers 5,000 seats. The Coyotes will stay here for an awhile until the new arena in Tempe is being developed.
The possibility to see their local NHL team play in such an entertaining environment has made both home and away fans happy, but reports have it that the players are not as thrilled.
The Arizona Coyotes players are supposedly quite disappointed with their new facility, according to Nick Kypreos' report on Sportsnet 590 the other day.
As if the Coyotes situation could get any worse, if you were a NHL player, would you care if you were playing in a much smaller arena?
