New Jersey Devils Fan Gets Put to Sleep in Altercation With Rangers Fan
The Rangers and Devils series has been one for the ages, with tensions running high both on and off the ice. A recently released video from the Devils' dominant 4-0 win over the Rangers shows just how intense the rivalry is. In the video, a Devils fan is seen getting into a heated argument with a Rangers fan, eventually smacking the Rangers fan's drink out of his hand. This action was the straw that broke the camel's back, as the Rangers fan retaliated by putting the Devils fan in a choke-hold until he lost consciousness.
While we don't have all the context surrounding the altercation, it's clear that these fans let their passion for the game get the best of them. It's important to remember that hockey is just a game, and we should be able to enjoy it without resorting to violence. What do you think about this video? Did the Devils fan cross a line by smacking the Rangers fan's drink, or did the Rangers fan take things too far by choking him out?
