Patrick Kane Reveals What Would Help His Decision To Stay a Blackhawk
Patrick Kane has had one tremendous season despite the Chicago Blackhawks having the complete opposite. Kane is currently having his third best season on the Blackhawks throughout fifteen seasons with the team, his last season similar to this one dates back to 2018-19, when Alex DeBrincat also set his career high total.
The duo compare to the type of connection Kane and Panarin had, Kane was heartbroken and clearly frustrated after the fact that Panarin was moved elsewhere despite the impeccable connection the two had on the same forward line.
Kane's after game comments as of late, as well as Kyle Davidson's full rebuild plan has put Kane's well being as a Chicago Blackhawk in question. Due to Kyle Davidson mentioning «big contracts do not help a rebuild long term», Kane is currently on a whopping $10.5 Million dollar contract along with Toews that expires after next season, both unrestricted and the choice of them staying in a Blackhawks jersey is completely up to them.
It seems as if a key factor in Kane's future in Chicago is based off if another player will be around.
