The Chicago Blackhawks are in search for their third win throughout the last five games tonight against the red hot Carolina Hurricanes, but the Blackhawks' momentum came to a complete and early stop as soon as the referees, and head coach Luke Richardson acted on a questionable play.
Jordan Martinhook put the Carolina Hurricanes up 1-0 just under 8 minutes into the game, but it was with a illegal tip, which should have been a goal.
Martinhook stands at six feet tall, and his stick was well above Petr Mrazek's goal post on the goal, for some reason the Chicago Blackhawks coaching staff including Luke Richardson let the goal stand and did not request a video coaches challenge.
