Rutta Bloodied Badly During Fight (VIDEO)
The Toronto Maple Leafs faced off against the Tampa Bay Lighting on Monday night for game 1 of the 2021-2022 playoffs, and frustration clearly built up for Tampa Bay as they were getting dominated 4-0 after the second period.
Brawls, fights, hits all totaled for a whopping record of 122 penalty minutes during this first showdown between the two teams, as well as Jan Rutta getting sliced by one big Morgan Rielly punch.
