Oil Kings forward Brendan Kuny was stretchered off the ice after this collision with Thunderbirds captain Tyrel Bauer.
Bauer received a 5-minute major and game misconduct.
The issue with the hit was the Edmonton Oil King was never near the puck nor wanted to make contact with it, but it seems thunderbirds captain and Winnipeg Jets prospect Tyrel Bauer had different intentions as he laid his shoulder down into a vulnerable Brendan Kuny.
