The Washington Capitals Reveal The Worst Possible News
The Washington Capitals have been a very odd team to watch this year due to the fact that a good chunk of their roster had been injured, including star forward Nicklas Backstrom and many others, and now star defensemen John Carlson as well.
The Capitals just confirmed even worse news, and now it seems like they will likely fall out of playoff hope even more, Alexander Ovechkin will be missing multiple games due to a lower-body injury.
Ovechkin has already missed the Capitals recent game and practice against the Vegas Golden Knights, and they deeply missed him, losing 6-2.
