You Love to See it: Jonathan Toews Buries Home His Team Leading 5th Goal of The Year to Tie The Game
It took Jonathan Toews 47 games to score 5 goals last season. Tonight against the Minnesota Wild and his former teammate in goal, Marc-Andre Fleury, Toews buried home his fifth, in game #9 of the season.
Is the captain back!? I think so! Toews has stated he feels healthier then ever, and felt rejuvenated heading into this season, compared to his last few seasons where head injuries and concussion issues were obtained.
The Hawks are currently tied with the Minnesota Wild thanks to captain Toews, and a setup by Filip Roos to earn his first NHL point!
