Blackhawks head coach Jeremy Colliton has decided to make a couple of changes for the game.
To start, Brendan Perlini will replace the injured David Kampf up front.
Colliton has also decided to make a change on defense as Gustav Forsling will jump back into the line up and replace Carl Dahlstrom.
