The Chicago Blackhawks turned some heads earlier this month when they made a pretty significant front office change. Rocky Wirtz announced that John McDonough had been relieved of his duties as president of the team after over a decade. It seems that's not the only change that's coming. NHL insider Elliotte Friedman reports in his latest "31 Thoughts' that more people will be let go. "Chicago had one of the largest scouting staffs in the NHL (if not the largest). They will also be making some cuts, mostly on the pro side."Considering it's pro scouts, some names we could be looking at include Ryan Stewart, Mark Eaton, Pierre Gauthier, Ron Anderson, Barry Smith, Alex Brooks, Peter Sundstrom, Derek Booth, Wade Brookbank, Gord Donnelly, Greg Hawgood, Richard Kromm, Steve Leach, Don Lever, Mike MacPherson, Michael Mottau, Allan Power, Anatoly Semenov, Tom Younghans.Easily one of the biggest pro scouting departments across the league.
