The Boston Bruins have made an unexpected change, replacing their long-time commentator Jack Edwards, who has been with the team since 2005.
There have been speculations about Edwards' health and the possibility of his retirement.
Alex Faust will be handling commentary for the next few games, bringing a fresh perspective to the broadcasts.
Alex Faust will be calling the next few games for the Bruins.
The Bruins organization assures fans that Edwards' break was pre-planned, allowing him time off for personal matters.
Analysts believe this time off for Jack Edwards had been scheduled for a while.
While fans will miss Edwards' familiar voice, it'll be nice for non-Boston Bruins fans to listen to games without Edwards. We hope everything is okay for him health wise, and he has a speedy recovery.
