That was on display last night against the Dallas Stars who battled for another win, while the Blackhawks closed the casket on the Stars 3-2.
The team was helped along the way by Lukas Reichel who would split the defense, and complete an unreal pass that led to an Andreas Athanasiou goal.

The old Lukas Reichel would have an issue completing a play like this, or wouldn't take a risk to shoot the puck, or even try to penetrate the defense. This looks like Reichel's confidence has been found and it has paid off.
While he had secondary help with Wyatt Kaiser starting the play, Reichel earned the adulation of his teammates after the play, including Seth Jones and Andreas Athanasiou.
It looks as if Luke Richardson and Kyle Davidson's plan to help reboot Reichel's confidence has been a big boon for the organization.
He had a two-point night, and his skills were evident as he also got a huge compliment from Connor Bedard as well.
