The Blackhawks may have taken a loss to the Calgary Flames on Saturday, but it was ultimately a win for Connor Bedard as he just proved his standard is much comparable to Patrick Kane

Connor Bedard would score a goal on the Calgary Flames' Dustin Wolf at 9:51 in the 2nd period.

The goal would be Connor Bedard's 30th in the Blackhawks organization since being drafted.

His goal on Sunday was his 8th fn the season, and would put him above Patrick Kane in the history books.

He is now second-most in goals by a teenager in franchise history.

He's now at 29 points( 8 G, 21 A) scored this season, and while this isn't a major record broken, Bedard isn't stopping now.

He'll now be behind NHL Analyst, Eddie Olcyzk who posted 49 goals as a teenager from the 1984 to 1986 season in the NHL, and has surpassed Patrick Kane.

The Blackhawks lost on Saturday to the Calgary Flames by the score of 6-4. However, Bedard did his part to give Chicago a lifeline. He scored a goal and provided an assist in the team's loss. The Blackhawks moved to 12-20-2 while seeing their three-game winning streak come to an end on the road at the Scotiabank Saddledome.

While there's some silver lining to the Blackhawks' loss last night, considering Bedard has found his scoring touch again, the team now owns a 12-20-2 record.

We'll see forward Kirill Kaprizov and center Connor Bedard battle it out, while the Foligno brothers will duel it out on the ice too.

Today at 8:00 p.m CT in Minnesota
