The continuing disaster that is the rollout of CHSN for Blackhawks, Bulls and White Sox fans recently announced that they will be rolling out a paid app for all Chicago area sports fans.

It was revealed by tweet from Laurence Holmes of 670 the score which included the pricing of each team and what it would cost consumers all year if they were to get all three sports teams in the package. He also explains that there may be some movement regarding negotiations between CHSN and Comcast as a carriage agreement is vital for this network's survival.

This whole debacle began when NBC Sports Chicago decided to cancel all regional content which opened the door for the Wirtz corporation and Jerry Reinsdorf to collaborate on a new sports network that would service all of Chicago and the area. The results are fans across the entire region that cannot watch any of their games at times or struggle with equipment trouble to access the channel and even channel reliability.

Holmes also stated that the app will have a different look and feel which should be a positive experience very similar to how Amazon prime has been broadcasting their Thursday Night Football games in the NFL.

The current holdup is approval from the NBA so that the bulls can be part of this experience. But as a fan of the game, this network better improve in a hurry or this will continue to spiral and worse and for each organization as they have stated that it's beginning to hurt their bottom line in ticket sales and in merchandise.
