During last night's game between the Hurricanes and the Blackhawks, there was a scary moment as Sebastian Aho delivered a crushing hit to Connor Bedard.
Bedard, who is still recovering from a broken jaw and wearing a face shield, took the hit head-on.
Fortunately, both players were able to continue playing without any apparent serious injuries. Despite the collision, Bedard managed to contribute with an assist, while Aho scored a goal in the second period.
As of now, the team has not provided any updates or injury reports regarding Bedard's condition, but the fact that he remained in the game is a positive sign.
