The Chicago Blackhawks have the next 2nd linecenter, but he isn't in the NHL, yet.

That is Blackhawks prospect, Frank Nazar who played a brief stint in the NHL, playing 3 games, and wowed us with his 1st NHL goal against the Carolina Hurricanes.

Since then he's continued his tear in the AHL with the Rockford IceHogs as he's scored 11 points(4 G, 7 A) in 9 games.

While the IceHogs may have a 0-2 record from this weekend, Nazar kept his production consistent.

Nazar continued his stellar production, assisting on every IceHogs goal against the Iowa Wild, despite the 6-3 loss.

Nazar would contribute the primary assist on Cole Guttman's power-play goal in the 1st period against the Wild. The two would connect on the power-play, with the 2nd Guttman goal inching the IceHogs closer to the Wild, 3-2.

Nazar's third assist that night would come from setting up Brett Seney in the neutral zone, as the IceHogs Captain would take it to the net and score on the Iowa Wild. What a gritty goal!

This was a four-point weekend for Nazar who has shown how well he plays in all zones on the ice. His playmaking is well documented in the footage above, giving the IceHogs a chance against the Iowa Wild.

Will we get to see the 13th overall pick in the 2022 Draft in the NHL this year?

Let's hope he's convinced Kyle Davidson enough to give him a look again.
